How does it work?
Field personnel fill out survey and take photos right from the property (home, auto, boat, equipment, etc.) Onsite questions ensure quality and photos are automatically time-stamped and geo-tagged via GPS coordinates. The survey with photos are securely transmitted to Pruvan Certification Services. Quality assurance staff uses Pruvan tools to inspect, manage, Q/A and transfer photos into the proper work order management system and/or portal.
